The men's and women's cross-country teams walked away with a trio of awards on Saturday morning at the United East Championships at Lorimer Park in Huntingdon Valley, Pa. Junior Mitchell Gray put together an impressive performance crossing the finish line first at the 27:14.11 mark, a total of 47 seven seconds ahead of the next runner. Gray would not only win the individual championship but was crowned the United East Men's Cross Country Runner of the Year and received 1st Team All-Conference in just his first year of running at Lancaster Bible College. Gray joins the likes of Tanner Krob (2017) and Abenezer Abebe (2018) as only the third runner of the year for the program.
